Dear Miss Helengrad.

Recently I discovered that your Minister of Immigration, Mr Paul Swain, is living in my
Democratic Republic Enclave of Upper Hutt with a mistakenly issued visitors permit. Apparently there was a bureaucratic mixup with my embassy in North Korea.  As New Zealand is on my undesirable nation list, I have instructed my policeman to cancel the permit and deport him within two weeks.

I'm afraid I cannot authorize your Minister to influence my adoring public with mindless
propaganda.  His backing of totalitarian policies such as your Foreshore and Seabed Act, the Civil Union Bill and Anti Smoking Legislation, are simply not acceptable in my Enclave.

In future, if you wish any of your cohorts to live in luxury, I suggest you send them to
Australia.  This will ensure a rise in the intelligence level of both NZ and Australia.  I have no intention of allowing my peasants to be influenced by your regime.

Obviously, in today's world, there is no place for dictators.  Accordingly, I have instructed
both my soldiers to install a roadblock at each end of my Enclave.  None of your undesirable citizens will be permitted to enter for any reason.  Please note that the Upper Hutt fresh water supplied to the Beehive by my undoubted foresight, will treble in price as from Tuesday last week.

Yours Faithfully

Lance Broughton
Self Appointed President for Life

ps: See you at the Billy Joel concert next week.
